Hello,
there is not a lot of stuff about diy accordion pickups on the internet so I want to share my circuits with you. I have build it and tested it and it works well with the cheapest electret capsules. The accordion grid must be grounded to minimize hum.
The idea is to have a small preamp board that can be chained with a stereo cable and a separate baord for the mixer.
I should redraw the preamp baord as the pot is 90° from the board to put it inline.
