I’m a military IT specialist looking to contribute my working knowledge of 20th century telephony equipment to the community.

I’ve got a few TE Pocket Operator modules, a Vortex 2 midi controller, and a soldering iron; but my musical experience is limited to a single music theory course, and playing woodwind from ages 12-15.

My dream/first project is to build a modular battle-synth. It’d be a drum sequencer with a selection of war-horn envelopes, cozily nestled in a portable case for that long march to [insert sociopolitical objective here].
