That unison! Amazing work as always Craig.

I’m curios how high the pitch can go before you start getting noticeable aliasing issues? It would be a good benchmark for my own adventures as I’m hitting about C5 with my own pico based poly before I get notes where the subharmonics take over completely.

Also fighting 60hz hum on breadboard, I think I need to shorten some signal paths, but hoping moving to perf board should help?

Is the chorus from the fv-1? Do you source the IC’s from AliExpress? Still debating if I add onboard effects.

And I think I just ordered the exact same wire wrap wire, except the multi coloured roll.

Thanks.

Like nearly all low bitrate MCU based DCOs there is a certain amount of harmonic content at higher pitches. Nothing too intrusive though.

No hum in my build either on the breadboard test rig or the final build.

It is an fv-1 effects board, I sourced them locally in Ukraine so I don’t know their origins. But I bought 9 and they all work.

I got some printed aluminium front panels for my builds this week, here is the Poly Zero build with the new front panel. I’ve also modded the Key assignment to have Poly1 and Poly2 modes, Poly1 cycles through the notes and Poly2 reuses the first note if free. This improves the poly portamento for smooth chord glides from known positions.
