Sound advice. I only test before I put the ic into a project to save on trouble shooting. I do however keep a note of the source (eBay, Ali etc ) and trust me there is nothing that hurts a scammer more than being reported to an Asian distributor. They’ll hunt him down and torch him. I have a pal who works QC in Asia where reputation is everything.
